for the excellent time we spent on beautiful Sri Lanka. We never
realised before setting off that the island would be so pretty
and has so many exciting and interesting things to offer with
respect to nature, culture and history. And the people are
invariably very friendly and helpful.
But we're convinced
that your perfect organisation and guidance have added a lot
that we would have missed otherwise. It was easy to find the
Crest Travel site on the web through Google, and after the first
email contact our wishes and your experience and advice on where
to go and where to stay were matched within a few days: a
tailor-made holiday. We also need to mention that, even during
our trip, your flexibility in adapting the programme as we went
along was great and gave us the opportunity to add a stunning
elephant safari and a train ride that we will never forget. This
can only be achieved through your professionalism and your
amazing network of contacts over the entire island.
We have and will
recommend your Crest Travel organisation to anyone who wants to
see and learn more about Sri Lanka and have a relaxing holiday
at the same. It surely was relaxing because you took care of
everything (including safe driving, good hotels and meals,
interesting stories and guidance along the way) and all that was
left for us was enjoying ourselves.

In many years of living in and
travelling throughout Asia, Crest Travel is by far the best
guide company we have ever had - and we are very harsh critics
indeed! Their guides are extremely intelligent, capable and
experienced, and know all aspects of Sri Lanka intimately.
They know in great detail not only every hotel, but every room
in every hotel, so you can be assured that they will book only
the very best. Their written and spoken English is impeccable,
so nothing ever gets lost in translation. They understand the
western traveller's mindset and their needs and expectations
in a way that few guides do, so they get it right every time
from the smallest details to the largest decisions. I normally
"play travel agent" myself, determining the itinerary and
booking all hotels on my own, and just hiring a guide to show
us around. In this case, uncharacteristically of us, we
actually let Crest Travel mastermind the process. We trusted
their judgment in a wide range of decisions, and they did not
disappoint. We would wholeheartedly recommend Crest to any
other travellers.

We want everyone to know about the
fantastic holiday we had when we organised it with Crest Travel.
Everything we did was organised to perfection - from being picked up
at the airport on arrival, to being taken back there on the
day of our departure. Anyone who does not tour this
amazing, beautiful country at least once will have missed one of the
best experiences they could hope for. The country is so diverse,
the people are genuinely pleased you're there, and the food is out of
this world - we can honestly say that in Sri Lanka we were served
consistantly excellent meals. The accommodation was always lovely and
clean, and the staff very polite and willing to oblige.
Our guide was friendly, attentive and
spoke perfect English - as well as several others languages. He
was there as our personal guide, and he knew everything about the
country - from the history and politics to the different religions and
wildlife.
We can't recommend this country and Crest
Travel enough!

My Husband & I
booked the first leg of our honeymoon through Crest Travel. We
were originally booked to travel to Bali & Lombok but beacuse
of the terrorist attack found that we had to cancel at the
last minute. Crst Travel were recommended by a journalist of
Conde Nast Traveller. I always wanted to start our honeymoon
in Sri Lanka but my husband had major reservations having
himself left Sri Lanka as a child.
All I can say is that from start to finish we had an amazing
time. We simply could not have done it without Crest Travel.
Every little detail was taken care of from spectacular hotels
to beaches, temples fantastic restaurants & not to forget the
wonderful shopping trips I manage to squeeze in! Our
honeymoon will always be a wonderful memory thanks to Crest
Travel and the tour guide that looked after us as if we were
royalty! If I could, I would do it all over again and again,
but only with Crest Travel!!
I think it is safe to say that had we not have used Crest
Travel, our honeymoon would never have been so special at all.
Thank you for taking such good care of us and for showing us
some of your beautiful homeland, we hope to visit again very
soon, but only if you can fit us in!!
